My Journey

At Saraiva, my journey began immersed in the world of books, music, and technology. It was here that I cultivated the art of active listening and personalized service, learning to anticipate and meet the unique needs of each customer. This experience taught me the importance of building genuine connections, an essential skill in user experience design, where understanding the audience is the first step to creating solutions that truly resonate. 📚

Transitioning to Livraria Cultura, I expanded my repertoire in creating engaging environments for cultural experiences, from book signings to workshops. Here, I deepened my understanding of the importance of creating spaces that not only meet but also anticipate the needs and interests of users. This ability to design with foresight and care became a pillar in my UX work, emphasizing the creation of experiences that are both intuitive and enriching. 🎭

At Ezentis Brasil, I was challenged to maintain operational efficiency in a dynamic and technologically demanding environment. In this context, I developed a keen understanding of the processes and systems that support seamless and frictionless user experiences. Managing resources, customer service, and maintaining internal systems reinforced my ability to view the user experience from a holistic perspective, considering all points of contact and interactions that contribute to the end-user's satisfaction. 🔧

In my experience with cloud humans, I refined my communication and persuasion skills, essential for designing user experiences that not only meet but also engage and convince. Working with sales and CRM, I learned the importance of deeply understanding the user, a practice I carry forward in UX design to create interactions that are not only functional but also emotionally resonant. 💼

Collaborating with Carine Abreu Advocacia, I had the unique opportunity to design a visual identity from scratch, a deep exercise in understanding and translating values and missions into tangible visual elements. This project reinforced my understanding that UX design goes beyond usability; it's also about communicating and evoking emotions, strengthening the connection between the brand and the user. 🎨

At Zenvia, my passion for UX found fertile ground to grow and make an impact on a large scale. Leading conversational design projects, I dove into the world of chatbots, where each text, each interaction was carefully designed to reflect the brand's voice and meet users' needs with precision. This period was crucial for understanding the intersection between technology, language, and human experience, a powerful combination in designing memorable digital experiences. 💬

Finally, in my volunteer work with Givisiez - Digital Transformation, I have the opportunity to give back to the community, sharing knowledge and mentoring future UX professionals. This experience has been a powerful reminder of the value of collective growth and collaborative innovation, principles I continue to carry forward in my career. 🌱

At ZENVIA's Hack-a-bot, I joined the #HAL9000team, teaming up with a Product Owner and three Developers. Our mission? Integrating ChatGPT 3.5 with a company product was a challenge that positioned us at the forefront of innovation.

Key Contributions:

Development of an Innovative Solution: We devised a solution that highlighted the versatility of ChatGPT 3.5, integrating it creatively with one of ZENVIA's products. Our proposal was recognized for its originality and application potential.
Effective Collaboration: The working dynamics among members from different disciplines were key to our success. The experience reinforced the importance of skill complementarity and interdisciplinary collaboration in innovation environments.
Recognition and Award: The project won first place at the Hack-a-bot, validated by both the jury and the employees' votes, which underscores the significant impact of our solution within ZENVIA.

This experience was a milestone, not just for winning first place but for showcasing how technological innovation, aligned with effective collaboration and a user-centered design vision, can generate impactful solutions. The #HAL9000team demonstrated that even without a prior history of working together, it's possible to achieve extraordinary results.
